Study on Well Cementing Techniques for Wells with Lost Circulation in Jingnan Area

  • 摘要: 为了提高苏里格气田靖南区块漏失井填充段固井质量,考察了不同堵漏剂对水泥浆性能的影响,研制了一套适合该区块的轻珠堵漏水泥浆体系。首先优选出植物颗粒(A)、纤维混合物QD-2和复合纤维DF-NIN堵漏剂,并通过正交实验可知,3种堵漏剂的质量分数分别按照2%、2%和3%复配堵漏效果最好,水泥石的抗压强度为7.6 MPa。通过堵漏性能评价可知,水泥浆的漏失量大幅度降低,且基本性能均满足固井质量要求。通过对该区块地质特征进行调研,制定出一套新的固井工艺技术,该工艺技术在靖南区块试验8井次,其一界面固井质量合格率均在95%以上,二界面固井质量合格率均在99%以上。这说明轻珠堵漏水泥浆体系及漏失井固井工艺能大幅提升填充段固井质量,最大程度地满足漏失井全井段封固质量的要求。
