环保型高性能水基钻井液在山前超深井中的应用

Application of Environmentally Friendly High Performance Water Base Muds in Ultra Depp Well Drilling in Piedmont Area

  • 摘要: 针对库车山前构造超深、超高压、高温、高含盐地层常规高密度水基钻井液性能调控维护困难,钻进时阻卡等事故频发,安全钻达目的层极其困难等问题,试验应用了环境保护型高性能水基钻井液。该钻井液是由多元高性能井眼稳定剂、纳米成膜封堵剂、高效润滑剂、特殊提速剂等组成,具有抑制性强、流变性和润滑性良好、环境友好、保护储层等性能。该环境保护型高性能水基钻井液在库车山前x井进行了试验应用,应用表明高性能水基钻井液性能稳定,抑制性强,润滑性能好,相比于应用油基钻井液的邻井,机械钻速快6.6%,无事故,井下复杂相对很少。该环境保护型高性能水基钻井液体系环保指标检测合格,产生的岩屑呈土本色,生物毒性小,是环境敏感地区复杂地层提高钻井清洁生产水平的途径之一。
