Synthesis and Application of a Hydrophobically Associating Polymer Viscosifier for Fracturing Fluids

  • 摘要:

    利用反相乳液聚合方法合成了AM/AMPS/疏水单体M(氯化甲基丙烯酸二甲基十六烷基氨基乙醇酯)/刚性单体S(4-丙烯酰基氨基苯磺酸钠)的四元疏水缔合聚合物AAMS-1,并用红外光谱对聚合物进行了结构表征。热重分析表明,聚合物在250℃下化学结构稳定。合成的聚合物乳液平均粒径在2 500 nm左右,其临界缔合浓度为0.15%。利用扫描电镜清楚观察到了AAMS-1压裂液的网状结构。AAMS-1压裂液具有良好的黏弹特性、携砂性能和岩心伤害特性。耐温耐剪切测试表明,体系具有优良的耐温能力,0.6%的水溶液在150℃、170 s-1条件下剪切2 h,表观黏度保持在50 mPa·s以上。
