Normal Injection, Reverse Squeeze and Intermediate Diversion: A Technology for Cementing the Complex Well **1-H*

  • 摘要: **1-H*井二开穿越新近系库车组N2k、康村组N1-2k及吉迪克组N1j上段泥岩、砂泥岩和砂砾岩互层及吉迪克组N 1j层下段泥岩、砂岩、膏泥岩互层,于古近系E2-3s泥岩顶完钻固井,为三开低压层钻进创造条件。该开次5065~5360.53 m井段有多套高压盐水层,钻井液密度为1.51 g/cm3,静止状态出现水侵溢流,5318~5324.51 m井段为漏失层,开泵出现失返性漏失,井底仅有2.47 m泥岩隔板层,溢流层与漏层共存,形成又漏又溢的井下复杂状况,在不断压井、堵漏中完成钻进和电测作业,中途完钻井深为5363 m,下入φ244.5 mm套管。采用抗侵防窜、防漏、高韧性、三凝双密度抗盐水泥浆体系和“正注、反挤、中间分流”的注水泥技术完成固井作业,封固质量合格。
