Drilling Fluid Technology for Long Open Section of the Third Interval of the Ultra-deep Well SHBP-1

  • 摘要: 针对SHBP-1井在钻井过程中可能出现的井壁失稳及漏失等复杂问题,对其原因及技术难点进行分析,提出了该井的井壁稳定、防漏堵漏技术思路,选用强抑制强封堵防塌钻井液体系,以满足地层特性对钻井液抑制性、降失水及封堵的要求,筛选了复合抑制剂KCl+SMJA、镶嵌成膜防塌剂SMNA-1、纳米封堵剂SMNF-1,以进一步提高钻井液的抑制性、封堵性及防塌性能,降低高温高压滤失量。经现场应用表明,优化后的强抑制强封堵防塌钻井液流型易于控制,维持井浆中0.5% SMJA、3% KCl、2.5% SMNA-1,保障了钻井液有强的抑制防塌性;在易漏地层使用了纳米封堵剂2% SMNF-1、超细碳酸钙等随钻堵漏材料,避免了井漏的发生,顺利完成了该井的施工,三开井段扩大率仅为3.49%。该套钻井液技术顺利解决了SHBP-1井三开的井眼失稳及井漏问题,为后续类似井的钻井提供借鉴。
