Study and Application of High Temperature Gas Blocking Plug

  • 摘要: 为解决新疆塔中地区外围区块高温高压裂缝性油气藏存在气窜速度过快,排气时间较长的难题,通过对抗高温增黏提切剂、抗高温降滤失剂等关键处理剂的研选,研究出抗高温气滞塞体系,气滞塞抗温180℃,高温下凝胶强度大于30 Pa,黏度大于60 mPa·s,稳定时间大于120 h。现场应用结果表明:气窜速度降低率达80%以上,降低气窜速度效果明显,延长了作业时间,提高了钻完井的安全和效率。抗高温气滞塞可以用于解决新疆塔中地区的高压裂缝性油气藏的气侵问题,为防气窜钻完井施工提供了一种安全有效的井控技术。
