Discussion on the Enhancement of the Inhibitive Capacity of Oil Base Drilling Fluids in Shale Gas Drilling

  • 摘要: 针对四川页岩气水平井钻井作业中使用油基钻井液不断出现的井下复杂情况,在分析四川威远龙马溪页岩地层特点的基础上,从钻井过程因素、地质因素以及钻井液因素,重点从油基钻井液技术的角度,对如何提高四川页岩气地层油基钻井液抑制防塌能力进行探讨。①研究具有乳化与降滤失作用、提黏度和切力同时具有乳化作用、封堵同时具有降滤失的多功能处理剂,调整好钻井液性能,尽可能降低高温高压滤失量。②采用油水比为85∶15~95∶5的油基钻井液。③使用封堵技术,注意流变性能的变化,主要是黏度、切力和塑性黏度的增加。④油基钻井液内相中的盐使用甲酸钾,或者进一步增加CaCl2溶液浓度,降低内相溶液的水活度。⑤在甲酸钾或者CaCl2溶液中加入插层抑制剂,如胺基抑制剂等,提高油基钻井液滤液的抑制能力。
