Drilling Fluid Technology for Reservoir Protection in Offshore Thermal Production Well

  • 摘要: 渤海油田稠油资源丰富,热采是稠油开发的主要手段,为适应特殊热采开发环境,充分利用非常规稠油特点及高温注热工艺特性,降低成本,开展稠油热采井钻井液储层保护技术研究顺应形势需求。以渤海旅大5-2N稠油热采井为例,结合油藏独特的物理性质,分析潜在敏感性损害因素,通过强抑制剂优选、热降解性能评价、密度优化、封堵剂优化和储层保护性能评价,形成了适合稠油热采水平井的改进型钻开液体系。该体系抑制性强,与地层流体配伍性良好,高温条件下降解产物为黑色碳,岩心渗透率恢复值大于85%,具有良好的储层保护效果,同时可降低成本40%。
