Borehole Wall Instability Encountered in Drilling the Shawan Formation-Emeishan Basalt Formation in Southwest Sichuan: Mechanisms and Countermeasures

  • 摘要: 针对川西南部地区沙湾组、峨眉山玄武岩存在严重井壁失稳、垮塌卡钻复杂频繁的难题,结合岩石失稳机理分析及现场工况分析,优选出一套适用于该井段的强抑制、强封堵型钻井液体系。该体系的滚动回收率达99.98%,FLHTHP为3.6mL,FL'HTHP为4.8 mL,FL砂床为4.4 mL。并设计了专项封堵段塞,制定了封堵段塞施工工艺。钻井液配方为:(0.5%~2.0%)土+(0.5%~1.5%)PAC-LV+(5%~6%)SMP-3+(2%~3%)JNJS-220+(0.3%~1.5%)NaOH+(1%~3%)FT+(0.1%~0.3%)聚合醇+(0.4%~1%)CQ-SIA+(6%~8%)WND+(5%~10%)有机盐+3%超细碳酸钙+重晶石。认为应提高随钻堵漏能力、增强泥饼井壁吸附性及黏弹性、在井壁上形成一层具有防渗透和防冲刷能力的封堵层,减缓井下机械碰撞、钻井液冲刷、应力激动对岩层的二次破坏。
