Analyses of the Cause of Casing Sticking in Well ZX105 and the Techniques of Freeing the Sticking

  • 摘要: ZX105井是部署在四川盆地川西凹陷知新场构造的首口勘探水平井,目的层为下沙溪庙组,设计完钻井深为3 726 m(垂深为2 506 m),水平段长为1 001 m。该井二开下套管至井深2 847 m,坐吊卡接悬挂器后活动套管时遇卡。针对ZX105井下套管遇卡技术难题,通过卡套管原因分析,判断本次卡套管类型为压差黏附卡套管,并得出井身结构缺陷是卡套管的主要原因。分析表明,一开套管下深浅,二开下套管遇卡时套管已进入水平段214 m,上部套管没有足够的冲击重量使水平段套管移动,同时井底较高的正压差,是造成本次水平井卡套管的主要原因,由此形成了套管解卡处理思路。该井采用了降低钻井液密度、三次泡解卡剂、环空憋压等手段后,首次实现川西水平井套管解卡成功,为川西中江地区下沙溪庙目的层的开发提供了宝贵施工经验。
