Drilling Fluid Technology for Mud Loss Control and Borehole Wall Stabilization in the Slant Section of Horizontal Wells in Sulige Gas Field

  • 摘要: 苏里格气田水平井斜井段施工中漏层、垮塌层在同一裸眼井段中,漏失、垮塌矛盾突出,尤以苏54区块最为明显。该区块刘家沟组承压能力低,易漏失,双石层组坍塌压力高,易垮塌,代表了苏里格气田地层主要特性。针对该技术难点,通过室内配方优化,研究出一套“低土相、强封堵、低密度”的复合盐钻井液体系,使钻井液中含有一定的有用固相,加入2%乳化沥青、3%超细碳酸钙和1%聚乙二醇,并在井斜30°后加入适量预水化白土浆,将使钻井液中膨润土含量控制在50 g/L以内,有效地增强体系的护壁性,改善泥饼质量,同时提高钻井液的动切力,增强其携砂洗井能力,降低钻井液密度和施工排量。现场应用证明,该体系适合苏里格气田的地层特点,具有很好的防塌性,较强的防漏能力,应用效果显著。
