Development and Application of High Density Salt Resistant Spacer BH-HDS

  • 摘要: 高密度、盐膏层井对提高顶替效率的固井隔离液提出了更高的要求。通过选用生物质聚合物、无机悬浮物以及无机盐复合材料作为悬浮剂,阴离子聚合物作为稀释剂,重晶石作为加重剂,配制出一种新型隔离液。研究表明,该隔离液体系在1.50~2.40 g/cm3范围内具有良好的流变性能和沉降稳定性能,并且该体系具有良好的抗温性能,当温度达到180℃时,1.80 g/cm3隔离液的上下密度差为0.06 g/cm3,2.20 g/cm3隔离液的密度差为0.03 g/cm3 ;此外,该隔离液抗盐能达半饱和,半饱和盐水隔离液具有良好的悬浮稳定性和流变性。测试了隔离液与钻井液、隔离液与水泥浆、隔离液与钻井液、水泥浆3种混合液的相容性能,研究表明隔离液具有良好的相容性,加入隔离液的水泥浆的稠化时间较纯水泥浆稠化时间长。该高密度抗盐隔离液在伊拉克高压盐膏层应用2井次、在大港油田中深层油层现场应用1井次,固井质量1口合格,2口优质。
