Progress of Study on Functional Cementing Fluids

  • 摘要: 随着油气勘探开发工作的逐步深入以及向深层、复杂地层、非常规储层、海洋等领域的拓展,油气井固井难度显著增加,对固井后水泥环长期密封性能要求越来越高,固井工作液体系的研发及应用面临新的挑战。从长封固段大温差水泥浆体系、韧性水泥浆体系、防腐蚀水泥浆体系、稠油热采井固井水泥浆体系、自修复(自愈合)水泥浆体系、深水固井水泥浆体系及功能性前置液体系,总结了近年来固井工作液体系的技术进展。根据复杂井固井作业面临的挑战,从固井新材料及功能性水泥浆体系两方面提出了今后的攻关方向。
