Study on Low Temperature Accelerator for Cement Slurry

  • 摘要: 为了研究一种对AMPS水泥浆体系有效的低温促凝剂,对不同组分促凝材料促凝效果进行了研究。采用正交实验,优选出了一种可以在AMPS水泥浆体系中起到良好促凝效果的促凝剂BCA-210S。结果表明,该促凝剂能促进AMPS油井水泥低温水化能力,缩短其在低温下的稠化时间,能将稠化时间控制在60 min左右;使静胶凝强度过渡时间降低到10min;在30℃、8 h条件下抗压强度可达到5.3 MPa。结论认为,该促凝剂能显著提高水泥石早期抗压强度,表现出优异的低温早强、防窜性能,有助于解决低温井、调整井固井面临的问题,是一种新型多功能促凝剂。
