Study on Adaptability of Calcium Chloride- Alkyl Polyglucoside Drilling Fluids to Shale Gas Horizontal Drilling

  • 摘要: 为解决常规水基钻井液开发页岩地层无法完成的井壁稳定和润滑防卡等技术难题,对加有高浓度CaCl2的烷基糖苷钻井液进行了研究。氯化钙-烷基糖苷(APG)钻井液具有较低的水活度(0.40~0.76),与页岩气水平段钻屑活度范围(0.35~0.70)较为一致,可较好地与地层达到渗透平衡;钻屑在CaCl2-APG钻井液中的一次和二次回收率均超过90%,与油基钻井液相当,高于常规水基钻井液;焦石坝区块露头岩心在CaCl2-APG钻井液中浸泡后状态完好,抗压强度降低较少,与在油基钻井液中的浸泡现象相当。密度为1.20~2.00 g/cm3的CaCl2-APG钻井液润滑性均与油基钻井液极压润滑系数相当;在130℃持续老化72 h性能稳定,抗温稳定性好;抗钻屑、水侵和原油污染能力分别达15%、10%和10%。室内评价结果表明,该钻井液与焦石坝等页岩气水平井适应性较好。
