Oil Base Drilling Fluid Technology for Horizontal Drilling in Yulin Gas Field

  • 摘要: 榆林气田二开φ311.2 mm井眼属于大井眼、长裸眼井段,具有岩性多变、多套地层压力系统共存、水敏性黏土矿物含量高等特点,易出现起钻阻卡、拔活塞等复杂情况,决定使用油基钻井液,但必须解决其黏度控制问题。为此,以油酸为链终止剂,二甲苯为溶剂,以二聚酸和二乙烯三胺为原料,在230℃条件下合成了一种油基钻井液增黏剂,用红外光谱对该产品进行了表征,并对其性能进行了评价。实验结果表明:加入该增黏剂后钻井液在120℃热滚前后的表观黏度、塑性黏度值均比基浆高1倍;且加增黏剂后热滚前后的破乳电压基本保持不变。加有该剂的油基钻井液在靖平10-20、榆39-2H1、榆42-5H3和榆42-5H4井等4口水平井的二开井段进行了试验。通过现场试验发现,应用井段均未发生井壁失稳现象;泥饼光滑致密,有韧性;井径规则,井径扩大率小于5%;润滑性良好,现场滑动无托压现象。所以该体系适合四开下古水平井二开直井段大井眼施工。
