Development of New Gel-breaking Flocculant for Waste Water Base Drilling Fluid Treatment

  • 摘要: 以丙烯酰胺(AM),甲基丙烯酰氧氯化铵(DMC)、丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)为单体合成了新型破胶剂BZ-CAF,其是一种有机高分子阳离子聚合物,不含金属离子,能够在破坏钻井液的胶体稳定性的同时,最大限度地不影响重新配制钻井液的性能。以丙烯酰胺和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体合成了助凝剂BZ-AAF,其是一种超高分子阴离子聚合物,带有大量的负电荷。对产品性能进行了评价,并对破胶絮凝原理进行了分析。经过BZ-CAF和BZ-AAF处理后分离的液体的COD去除率达到94.03%,色度去除率达到93.83%,油类去除率达到85.86%。分离之后得到的液体可以直接配制钻井液,性能稳定,和清水配制的钻井液性能相当。在大港油田5口井的现场应用表明,该技术能有效地保护环境,节约水资源,为废弃水基钻井液处理提供一种新方法,应用和推广前景较好。
