Development and Evaluation of Oil Base Mud Plugging Agent with Nuclei

  • 摘要: 随着油气田开发的不断扩展,钻井难度逐渐增加,油基钻井液的使用率也逐渐增大。油基钻井液封堵能力对于预防井漏和井壁坍塌具有重要的作用。以丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸十八酯、丙烯酸和苯乙烯等油溶性单体为原料,采用改进的乳液聚合工艺,以亲油型的改性石英粉为凝结核,合成了一种具核结构的丙烯酸树脂高分子材料,作为油基钻井液封堵剂。实验结果表明:该封堵剂对油基钻井液基浆流变性能影响很小,可大大改善油基钻井液基浆的滤失造壁性和乳液稳定性。岩心封堵实验说明合成的封堵剂对中低渗岩心具有较好的封堵效果和封堵质量,正反向封堵率都可以达到75%以上;突破压力实验反映合成的封堵剂具有较高的封堵强度,突破压力可达10 MPa以上。同时,该封堵剂具有优异的耐高温能力,老化前后,封堵率和封堵强度基本不变。与沥青类封堵剂对比实验得出,研发的封堵剂具有较大的优势。
