High Density Flushing Fluid XM-1

摘要: 由于深井、超深井的井底温度和地层压力高,容易发生油气水窜,导致水泥环的胶结质量较低。在研究多功能冲洗液的基础上,研发了一种高密度高效冲洗液XM-1,以优选出的植物胶X-P 作为悬浮剂,以磁铁矿CTK-1 为加重材料,以矿渣KZ-1 为界面增强剂。对该高密度高效冲洗液进行了性能评价。结果表明,冲洗液XM-1 与油基钻井液相容性高,泥饼清洗率高,与单独用CTK-1 加重的冲洗液相比,界面胶结强度提高了50% 以上;经过含有KZ-1的冲洗液冲洗的界面,微膨水泥在界面可以很好地胶结,即使在微裂缝处也可以生成大量层状物并填充空隙,形成良好的封隔能力,而未加KZ-1 的冲洗液冲洗的界面,界面胶结存在明显的裂缝,而且裂缝中也没有填充物。Abstract: High bottom hole temperature and formation pressure of deep and ultra-deep wells easily give rise to poor cementation of cement sheath caused by fluid channeling. A high density flushing fluid, XM-1 was developed to tackle this problem. In laboratory study, a vegetable gum X-P was used as the suspending agent of the flushing fluid, CTK-1 as the weighting agent, and KZ-1 as the interface strength enhancing additive. XM-1 had good compatibility with oil base drilling fluid, and cleared mud cakes thoroughly. Cementation strengths between cement sheaths were increased by more than 50%.
