Development and Appraisal of Computer Software for Optimization of Particle Size of Temporary Plugging Agent

  • 摘要: 暂堵颗粒粒径分布的优化是保护储层暂堵技术的关键。为方便井场施工操作,以Alfred模型为基础,构建了钻井液暂堵颗粒理想充填分布模型,并以VB.NET为平台开发了颗粒粒径优化软件。根据输入的目标地层参数,软件自动给出相应的暂堵颗粒级配方案。室内通过PPT实验考察了二元及三元颗粒级配匹配度与滤失量的关系,验证了2者的反相关性。采用0.38~0.42μm2人造岩心进行了储层保护实验,进一步验证了匹配度与渗透率恢复值的正相关性。室内验证实验表明,暂堵颗粒粒径经软件优化后能有效降低储层伤害,可应用于完井、修井作业的施工方案设计。
