The Status Quo of the Standards of Organophilic Clays for Oil Base Drilling Fluids and Discussion Thereof

  • 摘要: 通过对收集的24个有机土标准进行统计分析,对标准中设定的检测项目进行考察,对比了不同的检测项目在24个标准中出现的频率,其中外观、水分、筛余、胶体率、表观黏度、塑性黏度、动切力指标出现频率高于60%。结合文献资料和油基钻井液施工过程中的实际情况,着重指出了目前有机土标准中存在的6个问题,详细论述了问题存在的原因及解决办法,对有机土标准的制定提出了建议。
