双疏型储层保护技术在吉兰泰油田的应用

Reservoir Protection with Double Hydrophobic Agent in Jilantai Oilfield

  • 摘要: 巴彦河套地区为快速沉积、超补偿型盆地,2000 m以上的储层“三低一高”(低成熟度、低渗透、低强度、高泥质含量)特性显著,储层岩心水敏性强,盐敏性极强;储层岩心岩性胶结较差,粒径不统一,泥质含量高,岩石颗粒间胶结疏松,岩心制备较难、洗油后容易破碎,对产量影响严重。针对储层的强敏感性、胶结性差的问题,对储层岩性进行分析,开发了双疏剂和成膜剂,通过室内实验对其进行了评价,结果表明,加入双疏剂和成膜剂可将体系转化为双疏型储层保护钻井液,不影响原钻井液的流变参数,可实现岩石表面由亲水性转变为疏水性,同时在井壁形成膜状物,减少外来固相和液相进入储层,从而实现通过疏水、封堵等途径维持井壁稳定,减轻或避免储层损害。该技术在吉华2-209x井和吉华2-322X井的应用效果表明,双疏型储层保护技术使钻井液流变性稳定、滤失量低、抑制能力强、井壁稳定增强,保证了井径规则,未发生井下复杂事故,与邻井相比钻速提高、周期缩短、成本降低,应用效果显著,为该地区的安全高效开发提供了强有力的技术保障。
