Experimental Evaluation and Field Application of the FDM-1 Filming Plugging Agent

  • 摘要: 哈得逊地区石炭系地层以泥岩为主,夹薄层砂岩、角砾岩。钻井过程中剥落掉块严重,造成挂卡,岩屑代表性差,影响地质录井;增斜段和水平段钻井托压严重,定向和钻井效率很低。为此,钻井液引入了成膜封堵技术,对FDM-1新型成膜封堵剂进行了室内评价实验,建立了溶液漏失量和滤膜透失量评价成膜效率的方法,并对其在土浆中的作用机理进行研究。实验评价和现场应用结果表明,FDM-1是一种纳米-微米级高分子聚合物乳液,可在多孔介质表面通过滤失形成致密的高分子膜,这种高分子膜具有非渗透、可变形的特征,在地层孔隙中形成致密的封堵层,降低滤失量,有效地稳定井壁,解决泥页岩掉块问题。同时,通过改善泥饼质量起到润滑减阻,有效地解决定向托压的问题。
