High Performance Drilling Fluid for Horizontal Drilling in the Well Jiaoye18-10HF in Fuling Shale Gas Field

  • 摘要: 焦页18-10HF井是中石化在涪陵页岩气田部署的一口开发井,完钻井深4560 m,水平段长度1378 m。该工区三开井段页岩脆性矿物含量高,微纳米级孔隙裂缝和层理发育,一直使用油基钻井液应对井下复杂情况。针对龙马溪五峰组页岩裂缝发育等特性,通过核心处理剂端胺基聚醚抑制页岩表面水化,植物油酰胺极压减摩剂有效润滑减阻,纳米封堵封固,构建了JHGWY-1高性能水基钻井液,页岩滚动回收率大于98%,极压润滑系数0.16,钻井液封堵泥饼承压超过10MPa,满足龙马溪五峰组页岩微裂缝发育、脆弱胶结面对封堵封固及水平段润滑减阻要求。该体系首次在涪陵工区的焦页18-10HF井三开井段代替油基钻井液,在设计垂厚10 m、实钻8~10 m的五峰组中顺利穿行,起下钻畅通,钻完井顺利。该体系表现出良好的流变性、低滤失量和稳定页岩井壁能力,完井作业顺利,满足了该井三开钻完井工程需要。
